Julian Waller & Sam Weatherhog -

We started back in 2017, running free park workouts to grow the calisthenics community in Brisbane.

Our passion quickly turned into full-time careers coaching calisthenics, gymnastics, mobility, and functional strength — helping hundreds of clients build serious strength and master skills like pull-ups, dips, handstands, and muscle-ups.

We’ve both competed across all three major calisthenics disciplines and spent years refining how to get strong, mobile, and pain-free using nothing but bodyweight training.

Then... we became dads.

And that changed everything.

Gone were the endless hours at the bars. Training had to fit around family, work, school runs, dodgy knees, and broken sleep.
